Easy Peasy Meatloaf

Easy to make and tasty

This meatloaf is easy to make, as well as very tasty. It’s best served cold (I like to make meatloaf sandwiches with it), but can be served hot, as long as you let it rest for 15 minutes or it’ll tend to break up when slicing.

Tools you will need

  • Small loaf tin (if you don’t have one you can use a small cake tin or small casserole dish)
  • Wooden spoon
  • Mixing bowl
  • Oven

Quick Tips: Read the recipe in its entirety before you start cooking. This will help you understand the ingredients, steps, and timing involved, and allow you to prepare any necessary equipment or ingredients beforehand.
