These were my go-to dessert when I was young and poor. These are sticky when starting to cook so use a non-stick frypan.
Cooking tools needed:
Gather your tools and ingredients
Rip the banana into pieces and place into a bowl with the powdered milk and flour.
Mash together with a fork until it looks like thick pancake batter.
Add the oil into a frying pan then, spoon the mix into a frying pan. This amount of mix will make two to three pancakes.
These cook quickly, so keep an eye on them. Turn them when golden on the bottom.
Place onto a plate and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon.
These are unbelievably delicious if you plate them on top of each other, sprinkle with a good pinch of cinnamon, and place a scoop of ice-cream on top, while still hot.
